Insurance Information

We are out-of-network but provide superbills for clients to submit to their insurance companies. We also accept HSA cards and are an approved ESA+ provider.

What should I ask my insurance provider?

Do I have coverage for speech-language therapy?

Do I need a referral from the pediatrician or a letter of medical necessity?

How do I receive invoices?

Families are invited to join our parent portal. There, payment information can be stored. Clients will be charged automatically on the day of an appointment to the card on file.

The portal also generates coded invoices and superbills
for insurance.

Treatment notes and plans are visible through the portal.

​

Families using ESA+ will receive invoices for ClassWallet.
